Product advantages:
The product is made of highly corrosion-resistant resin with excellent mechanical properties and processing characteristics. It can withstand the erosion of most untreated wastewater, corrosive soil or groundwater, and numerous chemical substances.
Good heat and cold resistance:
At -30 ℃, it still has good toughness and extremely high strength, and can be used for a long time in the range of -50 ℃ -80 ℃. Resins with special formulas can also be used at 150 ℃.
Good wear resistance:
The wear resistance of fiberglass steel pipes is very good, and experiments have shown that water containing star mud and sand can be loaded into the pipes for comparative testing of rotational wear effects. After 300000 rotations, the wear depth of the inner wall of the tested pipe is as follows: the steel pipe coated with tar and porcelain oil is 0.53mm; The surface hardened steel pipe is 0.48mm; The diameter of fiberglass pipes is 0.21mm, which indicates that fiberglass pipes have strong wear resistance.
Excellent insulation performance:
Due to the low thermal conductivity of fiberglass products, their insulation performance is particularly good.
Anti fouling resistance after curing:
During use, it will not scale, rust, or be contaminated or infested by microorganisms such as shellfish and fungi in the ocean or sewage.
Less interfaces, high installation efficiency:
The length of the pipeline is generally 6-12m per piece (special length pipelines can also be produced according to customer requirements). A single pipeline is long and has fewer interfaces, which accelerates installation speed, reduces faults, and improves the installation quality of the entire pipeline.
