1、 The fiberglass spray pipe fittings used in flue gas desulfurization engineering are usually manufactured in sections and parts for ease of transportation during the manufacturing process. When installed on site, the various parts are connected using a winding and bonding process. 2、 The desulfurization spray pipeline is divided into three parts from the outside and inside:
1. Wear-resistant layer of fiberglass spray pipe: This part belongs to the outer structure of the winding layer, composed of fiberglass surface felt, resin, and silicon carbide, mainly used for corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
2. Corrosion resistant layer of fiberglass spray pipe: This part is composed of a secondary resin layer and an intermediate layer, composed of fiberglass surface felt and resin, forming high corrosion resistance and located below the wear-resistant layer. The resin rich layer has a resin content greater than 90% and a thickness of approximately 0.5mm; The middle layer has a resin content of 70% to 80% and a thickness of approximately 2.0mm.
3. Reinforced layer of fiberglass spray pipe: This part is directly wrapped on the outer wall of the pipeline and is mainly designed to withstand pressure and other loads. Its thickness is calculated and determined according to equation (1) according to the load conditions. This layer has a resin content of 30-40% and is composed of glass fiber, chopped fiber felt, and resin.    
3、 After the winding and bonding construction of the winding layer is completed, the winding layer should be inspected in accordance with the requirements of HG/T20696-1999 "Design Regulations for Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Chemical Equipment". It is qualified if there are no delamination, delamination, cracks, cracks, fiber exposure, dry spots, inclusions, bubbles, small holes, resin tumors, and other defects.
